KDMC Ashland Hospital Corporation in Ashland, Kentucky seeks an Audiologist to perform diagnostic evaluations, VNG, and electrophysiology, and to dispense and manage hearing aids. You will collaborate with other audiologists and physicians to ensure patient-centered care.
The role requires 2–3 years of audiology experience, active licensure, and involves travel to support patients and departmental needs. Master’s degree preferred.

Conducts diagnostic evaluations, including comprehensive audiological assessments, VNG, and electrophysiology. Dispenses and manages hearing aids while offering recommendations based on diagnostic findings. Collaborates with audiologists and physicians to ensure exceptional patient care. Travels as needed to support patient and departmental needs.
Bachelor’s degree in audiology, speech-language pathology, communication sciences and disorders, or a related field Master’s degree in audiology, communication sciences and disorders, or a related field is preferred
2-3 years of experience in audiology, hearing assessment, or clinical practice, or a relevant area An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
Maintains active Audiologist license
This position requires intermittent sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; performing tasks with repetitive motions; intermittent standing or walking with objects weighing up to 10 pounds; and occasional standing or walking with objects up to 25 pounds. It also involves occasional lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Additional physical demands include occasional risk of back injury from moving, lifting, or positioning patients or equipment; occasional risk of injuries from use of equipment on the job; and occasional exposure to cuts/punctures and bloodborne or airborne pathogens, as well as occasional exposure to loud noises and combative or violent people.
