With a rapidly expanding patient base, they are proud to be at the forefront of providing comprehensive evaluations, advanced technology, and ongoing support to improve patients' quality of life. As part of their growth strategy, they are excited to welcome an additional Audiologist to their team.

Responsibilities

  • Providing a full range of audiological hearing evaluation and diagnostics to adult and pediatric patients.
  • Cochlear implant candidacy testing, counseling, mapping, and follow-up.
  • Performing comprehensive audiological evaluations, speech in noise tests, MCL and UCL tests, speech reception threshold, and word recognition tests.
  • Performing and interpreting Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emission Screenings (DPOAEs).
  • Performing APD test battery and providing Auditory training
  • Interpreting and reporting test results to determine hearing loss, type, and degree, both in written and verbal form.
  • Counseling and recommending appropriate treatment plans for the patient.
  • Fitting and programming hearing aids based on diagnostic findings and patient needs.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and/or Doctorate in Audiology, licensed in Florida (or ability to obtain licensure).
  • Ability to prioritize and handle a full schedule of patients.
