Job description

This growing hearing healthcare organization is preparing to open a brand-new clinic in the Marlton, NJ area and is seeking an entrepreneurial Audiologist to serve as the lead provider.

This is a unique opportunity for an Audiologist who wants to do more than simply step into an established practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help build a clinic from scratch, establish its culture, develop community relationships, and make a lasting impact in the market.

As the lead provider, you’ll have significant autonomy while still having the support and resources of an established hearing healthcare organization behind you.

Why This Opportunity Is Different

This position offers many of the benefits of practice ownership without the financial and administrative burdens that come with owning a business. Think of it as owning the clinic without the headaches of ownership — no corporate taxes, unnecessary administrative burdens, or worrying about cash flow. Instead, you can focus on your patients, build relationships within the community, and grow the practice.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Help build a brand-new clinic from the ground up
  • Establish clinical protocols and office procedures
  • Develop the culture and identity of the practice
  • Become the face of the clinic within the community
  • Build relationships with physicians and other referral sources
  • Grow your own patient base and watch the practice develop
  • Potentially mentor and train future providers as the clinic expands

You’ll have the independence to practice your way while benefiting from the infrastructure and support of an established organization.

And you won't be expected to build the business alone. The organization provides marketing and advertising support designed to help generate patient volume and establish the new location within the community.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing
  • Counsel patients regarding their hearing healthcare needs
  • Recommend, fit, and dispense hearing aids and related technology
  • Provide exceptional patient care and follow-up
  • Develop strong relationships with patients and referral sources
  • Serve as the lead clinical provider for the new location
  • Help establish clinical protocols and best practices
  • Contribute to building a positive and successful office culture
  • Participate in manufacturer training and continuing education
  • Potentially mentor future providers as the practice grows
A Strong Support System

Although this is a leadership-oriented and highly autonomous position, you’ll have the backing of an established hearing healthcare organization with nearly 60 locations across more than 15 states.

You’ll have access to:

  • Nationwide peer and professional support
  • Manufacturer training seminars
  • Marketing and advertising assistance
  • A full portfolio of hearing technology
  • Starkey as a primary manufacturer
  • Resources typically associated with a larger corporate/private practice
  • The ability to maintain the personalized feel of a community-based practice
Compensation & Benefits
  • + base salary plustiered commission
  • Significant earning potential as the clinic grows
  • Healthcare benefits
  • Manufacturer training and professional development opportunities
Who We’re Looking For
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
  • Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
  • Excited by the opportunity to build something new
  • Confident in their clinical abilities
  • Passionate about patient care and relationship building
  • Interested in becoming an established provider within the local community
  • Comfortable taking on a leadership role
  • Interested in future mentoring and growth opportunities

This is more than an audiology position — it’s an opportunity to build and lead a practice from day one, with the support of an established organization behind you.
