Compensation: USD60,000 - USD100,000 per year (performance‑based commission structure)

In this role you will perform hearing assessments, fit state‑of‑the‑art hearing devices, and provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and assessments
  • Recommend, fit, and dispense hearing aids and accessories
  • Provide counseling and follow‑up services to patients
  • Guide patients through selection and purchase of hearing aids
  • Prioritize delivering an outstanding patient experience
  • Perform assessments in compliance with clinical standards and regulations
  • Partner with the Regional Manager/Director in managing office operations
  • Manage a thriving practice, including administrative and organizational duties
Qualifications
  • Valid state license in good standing
  • Proficiency with patient management software (e.g., NOAH, Inspire OS)
  • Strong organizational and execution skills
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities
