Matrix Providers Inc. is seeking qualified Audiologists (AuD, M.A., M.S., PhD, MCD, Ed.D) to join our provider network as independent contractors to perform disability examinations for Veterans. Exams are per diem with flexible scheduling.

A valid, active audiology license in the state where exams are performed is required, and prior disability exam experience is preferred. Compensation is $70–$76 per hour.

Qualifications

• Doctorate Degree in Audiology (AuD)
• Masters of Audiology (M.A.)
• Master's of Science Degree in Audiology (M.S.)
• Audiology of Speech Language Pathology Degree (PHD)
• Master's in Communication Disorders (MCD)
• Doctor of Education in Audiology (Ed.D)
• An active and unrestricted license in the state in which exams are performed.
• Previous disability exam experience is preferable

Your Role as a Provider

As a clinician, you are an expert in the assessment, evaluation, and diagnosis of health conditions for your patients. As an independent contractor with us, you apply your expertise in the evaluation and diagnosis of audio conditions to support a Veterans disability claim. As a certified medical disability examiner, you gather and synthesize clinical evidence through medical and military record review, interviews with Veterans, and face-to-face examinations. You develop a medical opinion of likelihood that the Veterans condition is related to their military service. The timely and expert examination assures that a Veterans claim is heard and dutifully processed by VBA.
