Job summary
Live Nation Entertainment seeks a skilled Audio Engineer for our Nashville venues. You will manage front-of-house and monitor mixes, handle setup and breakdown of touring gear, and support visiting engineers to ensure top-quality live sound for diverse acts.
The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years in tour production, strong knowledge of audio interfaces, and solid multitasking abilities. A high school diploma is required; college degree is a plus.
Qualifications
- 3 years minimum tour and stage production experience.
- Experience with professional audio systems and interfaces.
- Understanding of lighting and video elements.
- Ability to multitask while staying professional.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma.
Responsibilities
- Load in, set up, and load out artist and Live Nation equipment.
- Mix front-of-house and monitors, patch, and cable management.
- Audio systems support for touring artists.
- Maintenance and repair of Live Nation audio gear.
- Availability for technical advance with artist or client reps.
- Oversee and operate audio systems across the venue.
- Collaborate with other production departments as needed.

Audio is the backbone of a live performance. Our Audio E ngineers make the show sound great as well as guide visiting techs through our systems . Wh e n all th ose elements are combined ou r guests and artists leave happy and wanting to return and experience it all again . Our engineers will see every genre of music and execute live performances flawlessly.
- Load- I n , Set Up, and Load O ut of artist's, Live Nation owned, and rental equipment
- Mix f ront of h ouse , m onitors ( wedge and IEM systems) , patch, and cable management
- Audio Systems support for touring artist's engineers.
- M aintenance and repair of Live Nation o wned a udio equipment .
- Availability for technical advance with Artist or Client's representatives .
- Ensure proper care and use of all in-house , touring , and rental audio equipment .
- Oversee and operate audio systems throughout the entire venue
- Maintain a relationship with local & n ational a udio v endors
- Assist other production departments as needed and instructed
Required:
- 3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience
- Experience with professional audio systems and interfaces
- A good understanding of other production elements (Lighting, Video)
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Proficiency with all Microsoft applications
- Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma
Preferred:
- College Degree
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels
