Mercor is seeking a Music Production Expert (Spanish MX) for remote engagement. The role demands evaluating AI-generated music, labeling tracks, reviewing lyrics, and collaborating with AI research teams to improve model outputs.

This contract position runs up to 6 months at 20 hours per week, with compensation of $13–$54 per hour. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in music production or related fields, with strong Spanish (MX) proficiency and good critical listening skills.

Qualifications Must-Have

• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (MX) and ability to follow detailed instructions in English .
• 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Preferred

• Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
• Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary Spanish (MX) genres, sub-genres, and artists.
