Job summary

Position Overview

The A2 works closely with the lead audio engineer to keep stage and backstage audio systems organized, reliable, and ready for show time. Responsibilities commonly include patching, microphone and DI placement, RF coordination, intercom support, cable management, line checks, performer changeovers, and fast troubleshooting during rehearsals and live programs.

Scheduling, travel, and project details vary by assignment and may include evenings, weekends, load-in, show operation, and strike.
