Department: Outpatient Rehab | Pediatrics

Hours: Full-time | 7:30am - 5:30pm | Monday - Friday (hours may vary)

What We're Looking For
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Trained by Licensed Audiologist (may be completed upon hire) required.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year successful experience working with children of all ages from birth through adolescents, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state licensure required.
  • Additional Skills (required): Able to complete appropriate training and education of Electronic Medical Records. Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Human relations and interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with pediatric patients which may include patients with complex cases or who are developmentally delayed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, and the use of office machines. Intermediate skills with computer and software applications.
  • Additional Skills (preferred): Experience demonstrating comfort and confidence when communicating with parents, and ability to problem solve and modify techniques in response to changes/problems as needed. One year clerical/secretarial/office support, or demonstrated ability to perform job functions. One year experience in a healthcare environment.
