Audi Beverly Hills, part of Fletcher Jones Automotive Group, is seeking a Team Leader for our diesel service team in Beverly Hills, CA. You will oversee the repair and maintenance of diesel engines, diagnose intricate issues, and ensure top-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Degree or Certificate from a trade school preferred.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, components and diagnostics.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues in diesel engines and vehicles.
• Conduct thorough inspections of diesel engines and vehicles to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and resolve complex engine problems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

As the Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring the proper repair and servicing of vehicles assigned to the team and the that the team achieves maximum productivity. The Team Leader is also responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining diesel engines and vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Pay

: $153,000 - $172,000 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. The hourly rate for this position is $33.80/hr. Flag rates are used for purposes of earning bonuses and range from $49.00 to $52.00 per flag hour based on experience. Bonuses range from $69,200 to $82,800 per year based on performance.
