Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Part Time Yard Staff member in Tulare, CA to support auctions by receiving, inspecting, and preparing consigned equipment. You will line up items for display, operate heavy and light machinery, and maintain yard safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include handling check-ins/outs, forklift operation, basic maintenance, and signage setup for sale days. A valid driver’s license per policy is required; join RB Global’s team in a dynamic, multi-site auction environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license meeting the company's motor vehicle policy.

Responsibilities

• Receives/releases consigned equipment for auction (check-in/check-out).
• Uses an auction listing to line up equipment for display before the auction.
• Drives/operates heavy and light equipment as needed.
• Performs facility inspections and provides housekeeping/maintenance as required.
• Performs basic maintenance on RB Global-owned equipment.
• Manages keys for equipment.
• Operates a forklift to load/unload equipment.
• Assists with equipment boosts as needed.
• Performs basic assembly of equipment (e.g., dozer blades).
• Checks fluid and fuel levels on equipment.
• Lotes or tags equipment for sale.
• Sets out signage, flagging, and trash receptacles for auction day.
• Drives the sound truck.
• Displays 'This item for sale' signs as required.
• Places operators in rolling stock; parks sold equipment on the ramp.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Valid driver’s license meeting policy required.
