RB Global Inc. is seeking a Yard Staff member to support auction operations on-site in Humble, Texas. You will receive, line up, and release consigned equipment, assist with display setup, and operate various equipment to facilitate auction day activities.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and adherence to company standards. It involves basic maintenance, equipment checks, and the handling of keys and signage to ensure a smooth auction process.

• Good customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Receives/releases (checks-in/checks-out) consigned equipment for auction.
• Uses an auction listing to line up equipment for display prior to auction.
• Drives/operates heavy and light equipment.
• Performs facility inspections (per checklists) and provides housekeeping or maintenance services as necessary.
• Performs basic maintenance on RB Global owned equipment.
• Manages keys for equipment.
• Operates forklift to load/unload stationary row equipment.
• Boosts equipment.
• Basic assembly of equipment i.e. dozer blades, etc.
• Checks fluid and fuel levels on equipment.
• Lot number equipment.
• Sets out signage, flagging, and trash receptacles for auction day.
• Drives sound truck.
• Holds ‘This item for sale sign’ (stick person).
• Places operators in rolling stock.
• Parks sold equipment on the ramp.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
