Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Scanner Associate to join our San Antonio team. You will use proprietary software to scan and upload product information into the auction portal with accuracy and speed.

Work on-site Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch. You will scan items, search products online, crop photos, and ensure data quality to meet daily goals. High school diploma required; physical ability to lift and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work onsite Monday – Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm with a half-hour lunch break
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
• Must be tech-savvy
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Scan items quickly and thoroughly into the system to create online auction listings
• Search products online
• Screenshot and crop photos for online listings
• Correct and complete information for each item
• Responsible for meeting quantity and quality goals
• Other tasks as assigned by management
