Qualifications

• Ability to handle, lift and move items of weight, i.e., furniture or art.
• Be friendly, professional, and reliable.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment.
• Perform strenuous physical labor regularly and stand for long periods.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• Have a great attitude and sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with incoming auction items by unloading and handling from vehicles.
• Accurately complete inventory paperwork and store items safely.
• Timely unload and process large amounts of inventory from shipping containers.
• Work with bidders to locate and load their purchases.
• Maintain an orderly warehouse environment.
• Prepare the gallery for auction day, including labeling items.
• Assist with auction-day activities like item presentation and phone bidding.
• Interact with customers and ensure a positive experience.
• Perform light cleaning duties as per the facility checklist.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily goals and improve processes.
• Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
