Job summary

BuggyBusters Inc. is seeking energetic Retail Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with sales, maintain a clean store environment, and support daily operations at our Douglasville, GA location.

The role includes handling purchases, answering questions, stocking, and contributing to a fast-paced team focused on the customer experience. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic, discount retail setting.

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Associates to join our team and play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, maintaining the store environment, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and welcoming smile.
• Answer customer questions about products, promotions, and store policies.
• Assist customers in finding the products they need.
• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Scan containers into designated location for our online auction.
• Assist with inventory control and stock takes.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Other assign duties as may be called upon.

• Must be able to pass background check.
