ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is seeking a Part-Time Block Clerk for Fridays, 8:30am–12:30pm. The role involves entering sale information for in-lane and LiveBlock transactions, ensuring accurate data transfer, and maintaining compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of clerical experience with basic computer skills and data entry.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Enter sale data into the LiveBlock system by listening to the Auctioneer and monitoring for bids.
• Ensure accurate recording of sale price and bidder numbers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and greet customers.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner and inform management of serious incidents.
• Review pre-populated AMS data and enter missing announcements as requested.
• Maintain good communication with the auctioneer and dealer representative.
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings to stay updated on systems, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor area conditions and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
