Soccer Shots Central Massachusetts is seeking a passionate part-time soccer coach to teach children ages 2-8 in a fun, engaging environment.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement as part of a collaborative coaching team dedicated to developing kids’ confidence through soccer.

Qualifications

• No prior sports/coaching experience required.

• Coaches must have or obtain state-required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity.
• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Utilize Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.
