Job description

Under the general direction of the Assistant General Counsel and consistent with good customer service practices, the Attorney V provides timely responses to internal clients/external customers, follows through on commitments, solicits and considers the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) and Department of Water Resources (DWR) management teams’ input when completing work assignments related to the Statewide Energy Office’s implementation of the Eligible Energy Resource Central Procurement Program (CPE), enacted by Assembly Bill 1373, Stats 2023, c. 307 (AB 1373).
