RB Legal Recruiting client, a well-regarded regional defense litigation firm in Cherry Hill, NJ, seeks a Team Lead with 10+ years of general liability or insurance defense experience and leadership skills.

The position is hybrid remote (2 days remote, 3 days in office per week) with a partnership-track progression. Candidates must be admitted to the NJ Bar.

Salary ranges from $150,000 to $175,000+ base, with bonus and benefits.
