• Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and development agreements.

• Advise clients on structuring, risk allocation, and ongoing real estate matters in the DC metro region.

Real Estate Transactional Associate | Washington, DC / Maryland (Hybrid/Flexible Remote) – Up to $250k

Location/Schedule: Washington, DC / Maryland (Hybrid with strong remote flexibility – fully remote encouraged for seniors, office available for occasional use, no fixed in-office days)

Base Salary: Up to $250k (plus performance incentives)

Practice: Commercial Real Estate Transactions – Acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, joint ventures, and complex real estate deals across the Washington, DC metropolitan area and beyond.
