The Role

• Case Management & Pre-Litigation Resolution: Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution, handling client communications, evaluating claims, and negotiating settlements with insurance carriers to achieve favorable outcomes.


• Pre-Suit Investigation & Claim Development: Conduct thorough case investigations, gather medical records and evidence, assess liability and damages, and prepare demand packages for personal injury matters, including auto accidents and premises liability claims.


• Professional Development & Growth: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, including mentorship, industry events, and continuing education to enhance legal and negotiation skills.
