We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join our Iselin, NJ team with remote flexibility. The role defends premises, transportation, construction, and general liability claims for New Jersey-based clients and insurers.

There is no billable-hour target, and partnership runs on loyalty and ability with profit sharing. Requirements include a JD and active New Jersey bar, 3–7 years of post-bar insurance defense or civil litigation experience, and deposition experience

Location/Schedule: Iselin, NJ (Remote)

Practice: New Jersey premises, transportation, construction, and general liability defense for businesses and insurers. Not a workers’ compensation seat.

Our client is an NLJ 500 litigation firm with 200+ attorneys. The Iselin office defends premises, motor carrier, construction, and general liability claims. There is no billable-hour expectation. Production is judged on revenue and collectibles. Partnership runs on loyalty and ability, then profit sharing.
