Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in the United States seeks a seasoned NY-licensed defense attorney to join our remote team. With 3–7 years of post-bar experience in insurance defense, you will defend auto, trucking, premises, and casualty claims, take and defend depositions, argue motions, and second-chair and try cases in New York courts.

This fully remote opportunity includes a base salary of $150K–$200K with monthly billable bonuses, a 1,900-hour target, and optional office presence.

Qualifications

• JD and active New York bar.
• 3–7 years post-bar insurance defense — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner.
• Depositions taken, and a willingness to try a case.

Location/Schedule: Fully remote. New York bar required. Office optional.

Base Salary: $150K–$200K, plus monthly billable bonuses.

Practice: New York auto, trucking, premises, and catastrophic casualty defense. The firm tries these cases.
