Job Description

• Drafts legal documents, pleadings, and motions
• Corresponds with attorneys, court personnel, and clients
• Interviews witnesses and prepares them for testimony
• Ensures accuracy of all documents
• Appears in court as required
• Handles all aspects of assigned cases
• Performs administrative duties and legal research

Qualifications
