Responsibilities

• Manage family law matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, judgments, orders, and legal correspondence
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third parties
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and trial
• Attend court appearances, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients
• Maintain organized and accurate case files
• Ensure all work product is completed accurately and timely

This position is based in Arnold, Missouri and serves clients throughout Jefferson County, St. Louis County, St. Francois County, Ste. Genevieve County, Washington County, Franklin County, and the surrounding region.
