Stange Law Firm, PC is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join our teams in Kansas offices, serving Hutchinson and surrounding regions. The attorney will manage cases, interact directly with clients, negotiate settlements, and appear in court, handling matters from inception through resolution.

Ideal candidates have strong litigation skills, are licensed in Kansas, and are committed to professional development and client service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage family law matters from inception through resolution.
• Advise and communicate regularly with clients.

Stange Law Firm, PC has immediate openings for motivated attorneys to join our teams in either Wichita or Topeka, Kansas. We encourage attorneys residing in Hutchinson, Reno County, and the surrounding region to apply and select their preferred office location.

At Stange Law Firm, attorneys do far more than research and paperwork. You will manage cases, work directly with clients, negotiate settlements, appear in court, conduct hearings and trials, and help families navigate some of the most important and difficult moments of their lives.

Family law experience is preferred but not required. We welcome experienced family law attorneys as well as litigators interested in developing a rewarding career in domestic relations law.

These positions are based in our Wichita and Topeka offices and serve clients throughout Kansas, including Hutchinson, Reno County, Sedgwick County, Shawnee County, Harvey County, Butler County, and the surrounding region.

Stange Advocacy Institute

We believe attorneys should never stop developing their legal skills. Through the Stange Advocacy Institute, attorneys receive ongoing practical training designed to help them become stronger counselors, negotiators, writers, litigators, and courtroom advocates.

Family law experience is preferred but not required. Attorneys with litigation experience in other practice areas who are interested in transitioning into family law are encouraged to apply.
