We Are Legal Revolution in Manhattan, NY seeks a Medical Malpractice Attorney to defend physicians and hospitals in high-stakes malpractice actions. This remote-friendly role requires a thoughtful litigator with NY bar admission and 2–8 years of post-bar experience in malpractice defense or complex civil litigation.

You will coordinate experts, conduct depositions, draft motions, and drive cases toward trial, with opportunities to learn from partners in a dedicated malpractice practice group.

• Deposition or expert-coordination experience is a plus; strong motion writing is required.

Medical Malpractice Attorney | Manhattan, NY (Remote) – $175K

Location/Schedule:

Manhattan, NY (Remote)

Base Salary:

$175K, plus a billable bonus and a discretionary bonus

Practice:

Medical malpractice defense for hospitals, physician groups, and carriers. Obstetrics, surgery, neurosurgery, radiology, emergency medicine. High-exposure files. Not a general-liability seat.

Our client has defended healthcare providers for more than 100 years. About 90 lawyers. Fifty major healthcare providers. Recent results include a unanimous defense verdict in Westchester and a defense verdict on a post-hysterectomy bowel case in Nassau. 20+ lawyers made the 2026 New York Metro Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists. Most partners are on the malpractice team, which is who you learn from.
