Job summary

Law Firm specializing in General Insurance Defense seeks an Attorney in Nevada. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of experience as a Nevada-licensed attorney; insurance defense experience helps but is not mandatory. Newly admitted attorneys will be mentored and trained.

Practice areas include Insurance Defense, Bodily Injury, and other general defense. The candidate must have excellent writing and communication skills, be detail oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be Nevada-licensed attorney with 1–5 years of experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills required.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Insurance Defense experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Civil Litigation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters, primarily bodily injury.
• Mentor and train new attorneys as needed.
• Maintain strong writing and case documentation.
• Collaborate with team to manage cases and deadlines.

Law Firm specializing in General Insurance Defense is in search of an Attorney to join the firm. The ideal candidate will possess 1-5 years of experience as a Nevada Licensed Attorney. Experience in Insurance Defense is helpful, but not mandatory. Any experience in Civil Litigation is a plus.

• We will consider newly admitted attorneys with no experience and will mentor and train you!
• Annual bonuses are guaranteed each year, and increase generously.

Practice areas include: Insurance Defense-mostly Bodily Injury cases to start. We do practice in other areas of General Insurance Defense as well. The candidate must have excellent writing and communication skills along with being detail oriented and able to work independently as well as being part of a team.

We offer a generous benefits package, and salary will depend on your experience. New Attorneys start at $90,000.00 and experienced Attorneys are DOE. This position can beHybrid.
