Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance coverage, first-party property, bad faith or insurance litigation.
• Strong discovery, deposition and motion-practice skills are required.
• Experience with complex coverage disputes and high-value claims is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex first- and third-party coverage disputes across scenarios such as hurricanes, losses and CGL issues.
• Work across CRNs, appraisal, declaratory judgment actions, mediation and litigation.
• Engage with major insurers and high-value claims while maintaining professional standards.
• Take meaningful responsibility within a specialist coverage team.

Join a nationally recognised insurance and reinsurance practice handling sophisticated matters involving hurricanes, catastrophic property losses, builder’s risk, business interruption, CGL and bad faith.
