Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in New Jersey seeks an Insurance Coverage Attorney to handle complex coverage disputes and litigation. The role offers a base salary up to $225,000 with performance bonuses in a hybrid New Jersey setting.

You will evaluate coverage issues, conduct sophisticated legal research, draft key filings, and help grow client relationships and practice areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance coverage analysis or litigation preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex policy language and provide strategic opinions.
• Strong research and writing skills for opinions and filings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and litigate complex third-party coverage disputes from Opinion through resolution.
• Conduct advanced case law and statutory analysis to shape litigation strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with precision aligned to case strategy.
• Develop and maintain insurer and client relationships, supporting business development.

The Role

• Assist in Insurance Coverage Analysis and Litigation: Evaluate and litigate complex Third-Party Coverage disputes; providing strategic guidance from initial coverage opinions through resolution.
• Deliver High-Impact Legal Research and Strategy: Conduct sophisticated analysis of case law, statutes, and policy language to develop proactive, results-driven litigation and coverage strategies.
• Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings: Prepare and review pleadings, dispositive motions, coverage opinions, and discovery with precision, ensuring consistency with case strategy and client objectives.
• Drive Client Relationships and Practice Growth: Build and maintain strong insurer and client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand coverage and defense work.
