- Research and analyze complex legal issues.
- Conduct case assessments and identify legal issues.
- Manage client reporting, billing, and legal deadlines.
- Meet or exceed a monthly billable hour goal of 180 hours.
- Licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
- Sound knowledge of state and federal procedural rules.
- Ability to work collaboratively or independently.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- TX Bar License.
- Experience in insurance coverage or extensive legal research and writing.
