The Legal Assistance Developer (LAD) will provide state leadership in developing legal assistance programs throughout South Carolina for older individuals.
A juror's degree, member of the South Carolina Bar, and must satisfy Rule 403 Requirements. Knowledge of the Older Americans Act (OAA) and services delivered through the national aging network. Knowledge of the laws of South Carolina. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to interpret and apply laws and judicial decisions.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
