Goldberg Segalla seeks a highly experienced General Liability Partner for our Orlando, FL office. This is a full-time partner track role in a national civil litigation firm handling general liability, retail & hospitality, insurance coverage and defense matters.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial, and is licensed to practice in Florida.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience taking and defending depositions.

THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla has an immediate opportunity for a Partner to join our Orlando office.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial, and be licensed to practice in Florida. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, retail & hospitality, insurance coverage and/or insurance defense.
