I am currently working with a Plaintiff Side Employment Law firm who is actively seeking a new hire as they look to continue increasing headcount in New Jersey. In terms of the opportunity, here are the details:

The Role

• Litigation Management: Take an active role throughout all stages of employment litigation, from drafting pleadings through trial preparation, representing clients in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage disputes.
• Courtroom Advocacy: Appear in state and federal courts across South Florida, managing hearings, depositions, and motions while advocating effectively on behalf of clients.
