The Civil Division of the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office seeks an enthusiastic and analytical attorney to join the Litigation Section, handling tort and employment matters in labor arbitrations and related administrative forums. The successful candidate will litigate matters on behalf of County clients (Executive departments, Council, PAO, Superior and District Court) in labor arbitrations and in other administrative forums including the King County Personnel Board, the Office of Administrative Hearings, and the Washington Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC).
$122,671 - $174,028 annually commensurate with 3 - 20 years of experience.
