Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an Employment Attorney in New Jersey with remote work flexibility. The role focuses on employment and labor matters in the public sector, including disciplinary matters, investigations, and compliance with state and federal laws.

The attorney will gain hands-on exposure to litigation and advisory work, manage disputes from start to finish, and contribute to case strategy and risk mitigation while drafting and reviewing tribunal pleadings and settlement

Qualifications

• Experience in employment law for public sector clients is required.
• Ability to draft and review tribunal pleadings and settlement agreements.

The Role

• Work Across Employment & Labor Matters in the Public Sector: Handle a broad mix of employment issues including disciplinary matters, workplace investigations, discrimination claims, and compliance with state and federal employment laws!
• Gain Hands-On Exposure to Litigation & Advisory Work: Support and manage employment disputes from inception through resolution, including hearings, arbitrations, and court proceedings!
• Develop Case Strategy and Risk Mitigation Solutions: Oversee complex legal research and apply deep knowledge of employment law to shape litigation strategy and deliver proactive risk management guidance.
