Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in California seeks an Employment Litigation Associate (3–6 years) to lead wage-and-hour class and collective actions in a fully remote capacity, supporting high-stakes representation. You will work closely with seasoned trial attorneys on brief writing, depositions, and case strategy across San Francisco and Los Angeles markets.

• Analyze complex timekeeping and payroll audit data in tandem with forensic economic experts.

NEW IN – Plaintiff Employment Associate | Wage & Hour Class & Collective Actions | Up to $180,000 | San Francisco / Los Angeles | Remote

A premier California plaintiff-side litigation practice is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate (3–6 years of experience) to join its dedicated Wage & Hour Class and Collective Actions group. This role offers direct, substantive litigation experience on high-stakes representative actions, collaborating closely with seasoned trial attorneys on brief writing, depositions, and case strategy.

Practice Highlights:

• Focused Representative Practice: Dedicated strictly to complex Wage & Hour class, collective, and representative actions (PAGA, FLSA, misclassification, off-the-clock, meal/rest break claims) rather than a general caseload.
• Direct Substantive Exposure: First-chair discovery management, motion practice drafting, taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediation and trial strategy.
• Writing-Centric Advocacy: High value placed on rigorous legal analysis. Judicial clerkship experience or published appellate brief writing is strongly valued.
• Fully Remote.

The Role:

Package:

• Base Salary Range: $135,000 – $150,000 (3–4 years) | $150,000 – $180,000 (5–6 years).
