Attorney - Corporate | Up to $270K Base | M&A, Private Equity & Venture Capital | Massachusetts

I’m working with a well-established national business law firm looking to add a Corporate Associate to its Massachusetts team. The role offers broader exposure than a traditional M&A seat, with work spanning acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, commercial contracts, business formations and joint ventures for established businesses and entrepreneurial clients.

The Role

• M&A: Support acquisitions, dispositions and related due diligence, negotiation and closing processes.
