We Are Legal Revolution is a discreet global full service firm seeking a mid level Commercial Real Estate Associate for its Chicago, IL office. Direct access to sophisticated real estate transactions across asset classes with significant responsibility from day one.

You will work with senior lawyers in a collaborative, training-focused environment on an international platform with long-term progression.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of commercial real estate experience at a reputable law firm.
• Hands-on experience with acquisitions, dispositions and financings across asset classes.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for purchase and sale, loan, lease and JV documents.
• Experience managing title, survey, environmental and zoning due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute acquisitions, dispositions and financings.
• Advise on operational and development matters for major real estate investors, developers, lenders and operators.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, commercial leases and joint venture agreements.

The Role

• Structure and execute acquisitions, dispositions and financings across office, retail, logistics, healthcare, student housing and hospitality assets
• Advise on operational and development matters for major real estate investors, developers, lenders and operators
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, commercial leases and joint venture agreements
• Lead and manage title, survey, environmental and zoning due diligence on complex transactions
• Collaborate closely with partners and cross disciplinary teams to deliver commercially focused advice
