*Part-Time West Virginia Attorney – Hybrid/Flexible Schedule*

Caldwell & Riffee, PLLC is seeking a part-time attorney licensed to practice law in West Virginia to join our team and assist with a variety of legal matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking flexible, part-time legal work, including an attorney who is beginning or building their practice, seeking additional legal experience, or looking to supplement an existing practice.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Charleston, West Virginia office. While the position offers flexibility to work remotely when appropriate, regular in-office presence is preferred and encouraged. We value the collaboration and accessibility that comes from working together in the office and are looking for an attorney who wants to become an active part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing legal counsel and assistance to clients
• Conducting legal research and drafting correspondence and legal documents
• Assisting with contract review and litigation matters
• Communicating directly with clients, attorneys, and staff
• Managing assigned matters independently and efficiently
• Assisting with other legal matters as needed

Attorneys who are newer to the practice of law and looking for an opportunity to gain experience in a variety of legal matters are encouraged to apply.

For an attorney who is beginning or building an independent practice, this position provides the opportunity to have an established professional office environment available for client meetings and day-to-day practice needs without the overhead associated with maintaining a separate office.
