Under the general direction of the Deputy Director of the Legal Affairs Division (Division) within the Department of Cannabis Control (Department), the Attorney, Assistant Chief Counsel will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and reviewing the work of the Division/Attorney Services Office C (Office). The incumbent will provide legal leadership and expertise in support of complex enforcement activities, including leveraging legal expertise to develop and execute comprehensive investigation plans for complex or covert activities that undermine California’s regulated cannabis market.
