Weber, Fabiyan & Associates, LLC, a premier New Jersey residential real estate firm, seeks an Associate Attorney to join our growing practice. You will handle real estate transactions from contract review through closing and interact with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies.

The ideal candidate has a J.D., NJ admission (or eligibility), and strong writing and negotiation skills. Residential experience is preferred but not required; compensation and partnership potential are negotiable

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice law in New Jersey.
• Residential real estate experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, organized, and committed to outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

• Handle residential real estate transactions from attorney review through closing.
• Draft and negotiate attorney review letters, inspection resolutions, escrow agreements, and closing documents.
• Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel.
• Review title, surveys, inspections, and related transaction documents.
• Attend closings and represent clients throughout the transaction.
• Provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
