We represent major national retailers, local governments and agencies, hospitals, medical practitioners and more, defending our clients in complex cases with millions of dollars at stake.

Practice Areas Include

• Premises Liability Defense: Represent national retail clients and property owners in injury claims involving unsafe premises and maintenance issues.
• Medical Malpractice Defense: Protect physicians, hospitals, and healthcare specialists in a variety of claims.
• Public Entity Defense: Defend government agencies and public entities in tort litigation and liability matters.
• Personal Injury: Litigate accident and injury cases on behalf of individuals and businesses.
• Civil Litigation: Litigate both state and federal cases, including on appeal, across various practice areas.

Qualifications

• Client-focused approach with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Defense experience is desirable but not required.
