The Litigation Attorney will handle all aspects of litigation from evaluating a tort claim all the way through trial and appeal.This would include drafting pleadings, researching legal precedent, arguing motions, handling depositions and mediations, and much more. Types of cases include car accidents, slip and fall, use of force, defamation, employment discrimination, wrongful death, and sexual abuse, to name a few.Cases are in both Washington state and federal courts.
