Qualifications

• Active admission to the New York State Bar.
• Experience handling Family Law and Matrimonial matters.
• Strong litigation and courtroom skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution.
• Family/Matrimonial trial experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle divorce and matrimonial matters, including settlements and trials.
• Advise clients and prepare filings, motions, and court appearances.
• Represent clients in court hearings, conferences, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategy and client communication.
• Maintain client relationships and manage case load from start to finish.
