Responsibilities

• Handle case management from inception to completion, finding ethical solutions to legal matters.

• Provide legal support/guidance to clients while building trustworthy client relationships.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
• Cover PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under Oath.
• Market firm services in the community and as otherwise required.
