The firm represents major insurance carriers, corporations, and self-insured entities in complex civil litigation matters. Key Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, premises liability, property damage, and general liability claims
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation
• Represent clients at court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate with clients, claims adjusters, and internal teams to build effective case strategies
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation throughout all phases of litigation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 4+ years of Civil litigation / Insurance Defense experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently
• Experience with litigation/case management software preferred
