Build Relationships, Solve Complex Legal Problems, and Help Communities Thrive

At McCabe, Trotter & Beverly, our attorneys do more than provide legal advice, they help communities succeed.

Every day, we partner with homeowners’ associations, condominium associations, and professional community management companies to solve complex legal challenges that impact thousands of homeowners across South Carolina. Our work helps neighborhoods remain financially stable, protects property values, resolves disputes, ensures compliance with governing documents, and provides practical legal guidance to volunteer board members entrusted with leading their communities.

Community association law is one of the most diverse legal practices you’ll find. It blends elements of real estate law, corporate governance, contract law, litigation, collections, foreclosure, nonprofit law, risk management, and client counseling into a dynamic and intellectually engaging practice.

If you enjoy solving problems, building long-term client relationships, and practicing law that has a tangible impact on people’s lives, you’ll find a rewarding career here.
