Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience practicing law
• Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio Bar
• Personal injury, plaintiff-side litigation, or civil litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and litigation skills
• Experience managing cases independently and working toward resolution
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Trial experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Develop and execute case strategies focused on maximizing client recovery
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, medical providers, and other parties
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial when appropriate
• Collaborate with paralegals and other members of the legal team to effectively manage cases
• Maintain accurate, organized, and timely case files
• Provide exceptional client service and keep clients informed throughout their case
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment

We’re seeking a full-time, in-person Personal Injury Attorney to join our Cincinnati team. The ideal candidate has 3–10 years of legal experience, with a strong interest in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.

This attorney will manage a caseload from intake through resolution, develop case strategies, communicate directly with clients, negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel, and prepare cases for litigation and trial.
