Illinois Estate Law in Chicago-area remote setup seeks an experienced Probate & Estate Planning Attorney to manage matters from start to finish. You will meet with clients, draft plans, guide estates through court processes, and collaborate with our paralegal team.

Qualified candidates are licensed in Illinois with 5+ years in probate and estate planning, comfortable appearing in court, organized, and able to manage a remote caseload while communicating clearly with clients.

• 5+ years of probate and estate planning experience.
• Comfortable handling court appearances independently.
• Organized, self-directed, with ability to manage a caseload remotely.
• Strong client communication skills.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced attorney to manage a caseload of probate and estate planning matters from start to finish. You'll meet with clients, draft plans, guide estates through the court process, and work closely with our paralegal team.

What You'll Do

• Handle probate and trust administration matters, including court filings and appearances in Cook and the collar counties
• Meet with clients to design and draft estate plans (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents)
• Explain legal options to clients in clear, plain language
• Work with paralegals and staff to keep matters moving on schedule
• Help with residential real estate matters if you have that experience

What We're Looking For

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois, in good standing
• 5+ years of experience in probate and estate planning
